Production of galvanized profiles

LLC "LS-PROFI" produces galvanized steel profiles C, U, Z, L, Omega, as well as other sections by cold forming on roller rolling machines from galvanized coiled steel grade C275 and higher, with a thickness from 0.5 to 3.0 mm. They can be produced in lengths up to 12 m, have a height of up to 300 mm, and also, at the request of the customer, holes for bolted connections. Special equipment allows us to produce non-standard profiles and various additional elements for roofing, frame and facade systems.

The products are manufactured strictly according to specifications and meet European quality standards.

To produce profiles, we use high-quality raw materials - cold-rolled steel coils with a thickness of 0.5 to 3.0 mm with a zinc coating of up to 600 g/m2. All raw materials entering production are tested in laboratory conditions to determine the mechanical properties, chemical composition, thickness and uniformity of the zinc coating.
